This mug is 100% leakproof! The only issue we had was originally trying to unscrew the lid. Nearly impossible. After a month, part of the lid did break which may be due to my husband not “unlocking” the lid before trying to open it. I contacted Brumate a few months later and they immediately send a replacement lid. No issues since with the new lid and we’ve now had the Brumate for over a year. Super easy to clean too! No crazy parts that make it impossible to clean! Love it so much that I got myself one after I lost my Yeti.

We have many travel mugs, but they are safe for around kids. I use this because I have 3 kids and was tired of my coffee going cold. I love that lid screws on. I love that it has the magnetic hold so it doesn’t hit my nose. Easy to wash too. Only problem is it’s a tad on the larger size for my hand when I’m the car putting it in and out of the cup holder. Keeps my coffee warm for hours.

Does a great job of keeping my drinks ice cold for hours, and I like the fact that the flip top I’d held open by a little magnet so it doesn’t smack you in the nose if you are tilting your head back to finish your drink. My only issue is with the width at the top. I have small hands and it is hard for me to drop it back in my cup holder, which is alongside of me, not in front of me.

The shaker Brumate is always out of stock. So, I bought this cup and the shaker lid separately and they both fit perfectly together! I love how these lids screw on vs suction.

Cup is great , BruMate life time warranty is not so great , lid lock broke and they only do 60 day warranty !

This is a sharp looking design and the way the lid secures is better than all the other brands i've owned. My only complaint is that my drink doesn't stay as cold as I would expect from a high-end tumbler like this one. Perhaps the space between the inner cup and outer case is to close and warm air gets in there. I don't know.If you're looking for a tumbler that doesn't leak, this is awesome. If you want that and your liquid to stay at its initial temperature, this is just okay.

My husband needed a new travel cup. We ordered this one for him as a gift. He loves it. His favorite part is that the lid screws on so there’s no chance of it popping up with warm drinks inside the cup.

I had bought the matching waterbottle in the store and now I got this coffee one and absolutely love it!!! Love the colour. Love the quality. Love that it keeps my drink hot; comparable to the yeti but better that you can actually lock the lid shut!! And it’s so pretty!

Me gustó mucho solo no pongo 5 estrellas porque si bien no gotea y sella perfecto, no mantiene muchas horas lo caliente, pero en general muy buena calidad de materiales y super recomendable.

This is beautiful! Easily the most gorgeous tumbler I’ve ever owned. It shimmers/sparkles in the light. I gave up on my Starbucks one because it leaked so badly. This does not leak at all. The only downside is that it does not keep drinks as hot for as long as my Starbucks one did. But I drink cold coffee as much as hot and that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The cup portion is good, but the release mechanism could be better. To unlock and open to drink, one needs to slide a piece to unlock, then push the sealing portion open to drink. Most people will require 2 hands to do this. I have a lot of experience with a brand called Contigo. With one hand you simply press a button to drink and release to lock. Brumate did not reply to my suggestion.

The product itself is great. Have several of these that we use on a regular basis. The problem is the shipping. It takes forever for the item to arrive and it’s only packaged in a thin bag. Have had 2 items damaged while shipping and were returned. My most recent purchase arrived with the original box crushed and the bottom completely off. The mug had some slight scratches from sliding around inside the bag but wasn’t bad enough to refund. Not sure if this is an Amazon issue or Brumate. It should at least be sent in a bubble envelope.
