They worked really well for what I needed - they hold about a cup and a half of stuff, leaving a little room. They are indeed microwave safe, and baked well in the oven. They're sturdy enough to hold a heavy dessert - I filled them with peace crumble, each one weighed almost a pound, and the tins were fine. I imagine they're sturdy enough you could wash and reuse them several times. I'm pleased with them.

These make great dessert trays. We make a Mostachon which is a cream filling with a pecan/crumb crust topped with fresh fruit. The containers are perfect size and great looking.

These are excellent! I used them when making creme brulee for a party. They were actually quite large though, so I didn't expect to leave so much of them unused.
