Due to the adjustable straps, this should be the first sizing to try with your measurements being in-between unit sizes. However, if the knee brace, especially for the left knee, does not fit comfortably we would gladly exchange the size for you to better accommodate your needs. Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. the OA Kneetrac has been discontinued from active production and only remaining stock sizes are available for purchase at this time. As an alternative we suggest you look at our 3rd generation knee brace, the OA Pro. Thank you
