Absolutly love this bike out on it all the time had a bit of trouble in the time of reciving it but that was no fault of cyrusher would highly recomend people buying this product best bike ive had very easy to assemble the only other downfall is need a manul for lcd screen but the customer service is absolulty brilliant i sent an email and had a reply with in the next day i really am very very happy

Really good bike. Goes fast and gets a lot of compliments! The suspension is really great at softening bumps and drains. The brakes are spot on and it has halved the time it used to take me to get to work and back on public transport and no fares to pay!

Where do I start bad news first at 67 years old and not been on a Bicycle since my teens i thought i would get a E bike as i have retired with some ill health to get fit. It took 6 weeks to arrive which was a bit disappointing when it did arrive i found it relatively easy to put together 20 minutes or so following the instructions, last but not least fixing the front wheel not knowing i removed the plastic spacer from the hydraulic breaks and accidentally pulled on the brake lever pushing the pistons out causing it to hurt airing the system nightmareI found out after I half to half a kit to Bleed the system Nothing mentioned in the instructions not to do this but got it going eventually now for the good news it has gone far beyond my expectations very powerful and will go up quite steep hills where I live with no effort only done about 5 miles so far battery holds out very well fairly good suspension for my weight I would of gave this five stars if the instructions would’ve been more clear on placing the front wheel into the calipers overall i Am very satisfied.

The bike is awsome and driving amazing. I use bike travel to work and weekends for pleasure.

Bike arrive with a bent back wheel and the brakes were not bled, more than 80% of the brake lever was just unresponsive. The bike was poorly packaged when it arrived to me and as a result has small paint chips all of the side of the frame and forks where the wheel is zip tied during transport.The seller is actually falsely advertising the item, in official responses from their account they state that the bike is 'legal in the UK' however it is not, it exceeds the legal limit for a electric bicycle by 1250 watts, the sale of this is illegal under the Misleading and comparative advertising directive.I would avoid purchasing this at all costs, if you do have any issues they are immensely unhelpful and not respectful of the buyers rights.

The bike is amazing it took a while for the battery to arrive but the customer service was excellent

First bike arrived and the battery wouldn’t charge. It was replaced very speedily with no quibble at all. Very impressed with the company.
