When I first saw this book, I thought the title was a bit strange, as it reads somewhat like a manual. However, after reading some of the stories, I began to see how maybe the publishers came up with it. There are a number of ingredients needed to raise great kids and one of them is to teach by example. And many of the stories are about just that element to parenting.There are many sweet stories of life lessons learned from parents, and also some that parents learn from their children.This book is a rich collection of such stories. Woven together with joy, gratitude, love, hope and life's sweetest surprises, these anecdotes are sure to warm your heart...and encourage you to look for and appreciate similar moments in your own life.
