This piece simply isn't functional as a proper phone stand. The phone slot is very narrow, unless you don't use a case or willing to take the case off every time, the slot most likely isn't gonna fit. My case is only about 0.37" (9-10 mm) thick, I thought I could force it into the slot, but with any side force, the semi-circle rotating part falls right out, and can't stay in place even put back together. It's also way too light to be stable enough. If you take it apart and put your phone horizontally, it might be able to stand hands free, but I can't get it to work vertically. I actually liked that the general concept somewhat draws inspiration from origami, but this is such a disappointment.

Yes it can stand differently. But the pieces put together kinda sticks out and Polks me if I’m not paying attention. Just saying I can find a better one one the market.

it’s pretty cool you can video yourself without having to balance your phone on something. Great if you like to make your own videos

Its thiner than I expected. It didnt fit my phone because I have a case but it fit my daughters phone and she likes it.

Does not hold my phone, it just droops. It also keeps falling apart when I bend it. Also not compatible with any phone case. Definitely returning.
