I have a girsan mc 1911 s 45. No ambi safety. Would this fit?

It fits my Girsan ambi-safety, so I would assume yes.

Does the wesson 01912 bobtail conform with the grips shown above? cool hand 1911 g10 grips, full size (government/commander),

The G10 grips I got will not. They make a Bob tailed version but it does not say they will fit Dan Wesson. Compare your gun's grip with a kimber bob tail and see if they match. If they do you should be OK. They are great grips.
