I used the line for marking out the perimeter and datum lines for a large exhibition stand , whilst doing so I get a lot of traffic driving over the top of the lines and get some breakage in the process but haveing used this fishing cord with a 350 lbs breaking strain I had no snapped line what so ever. I wanted some tough, no-stretch thread for rc plane building which it has done wonderfully except the reel rolled off the table today and a chunk of the spool end cracked off, I hope the remaining unused 98m does not decide to make a bid for freedom. Can't help but think it is not robust enough for using outdoors on the pier.

I tried this braid and was not at all happy when I used it for bass fishing it kept twisting and knotting up causing me to loose tackle which cost a fair bit of money Rapalas are not cheap. I was in a hurry to obtain some braid but couldn't get to a stockist of spider wire which is very good for spinning with, i wouldn't buy this braid again.

Got this for spodding out carp bait did the job well.

I have changed over from nylon to Brad are have not looked back since, all bites are very direct an easy to see well worth trying
