KEEN UtilityMen's, Atlanta Cool II Steel Toe Work Shoe

Breathable, not overly heavy for steel toes this is my 2nd pair, 1st pair were steal toe sandals. I’ve had them over a year and will get another summer out of them. They’re holding up great and still comfortable.

This is my go to shoe. I love the feel and the fit of these and have tried others but came back to the KEEN. Hard to beat.

-Edit/Update- I did finally find an insert that helped with the foot discomfort, and was eventually able to use these boots until worn out. Once the right insert was located, they fit well and lasted a little over a year; about how long I expect my boots to last. Updated review to 4 stars, since the included insole was so poor and the insulation was noticeably different than my old ones despite having the same rating/thickness on paper. Pictures attached of how they looked after 14 months of daily use.-Original Review-Ordered to replace my 1 year old pair of Keens, the old ones held up really well. However, the exact model I had was no longer in production, so I found these; which were on paper very comprable. However, 1 month into wearing them both feet began to ache after just a couple hours in the morning, and were very sore by end of day. I figured maybe the insoles didn't jive with my feet, so I tried a couple different inserts; no improvement. I am now 3 months in, and have resorted to wearing my old worn out ones so I can stand through the day at work.Also, these were much lighter insulated than my old pair, but I didn't see anything on paper reflecting that.All in all, these don't work for my feet sadly. Going to research my old Keens once again and make sure there isn't a direct replacement from them, if not I'll probably look elsewhere for my work shoes.

They are lightweight and fit well. I have a narrow foot which sometime can be troublesomet o get a decent fit, but I can snug these up for a secure fit. They have mess on the top which allows for them to breath and mt feet are much cooler than in the workboot of the same style that I have.

Great work shoe. Very comfortable and not as heavy as most hard toe shoes.

The shoe itself is great. Good material, comfortable fit, and looks nice. I would've rated these 5 stars if it weren't for the shoe lace pull that "should" keep them tight, but does not. I tighten them take 2 steps and they at loose again. I debated returning them, but decided to by after market pulls which haven't come in yet. I will edit to add a recommended lace pull once I've found one that I like.

Ive had a pair for quite some time now and I like them so much I just ordered my second pair. A really comfortable shoe essentially being a safety toe.

This would have been a 5 star review BUT it’s not. The pulley shoelaces were cool at first, since they were convenient for taking the shoes on and off but weren’t practical in the long run. They loosen and because of the style of the eyelets that means the shoes’ ready to come off at that point. Not the best when moving heavy gear around the shop. You constantly have to retighten and that in itself wears out the eyelets since they’re just fabric loops that the shoelaces go through. It wears them out to the point where the eyelets ripped on me when tightening the shoes. Making this $140 shoes worthless in just 5 months of owning the shoes. Take your money else where.

I injured my knee so I was looking for a work shoe that was light. I also need a wide 14. These fit good and they are excellent work shoe. They saved my knee as I'm on cement and walking up steel stairs.

Very light and airy, the most comfortable Keen's I've had, and have had many pairs of their work boots over the years. Like slip on work boots for light duties such as landscaping in the summer.
