Perfect arch support for my flat shoes
Love the support I get with these. I have several flat foot J crew sandals and they have NO arch support. These make those shoes so much more comfortably. Buying more for other sandals and flipFlips that have no arch support

NO MORE 'GRANNY SHOES'
I first discovered these in Las Vegas last year though I am sure they have been around for some time. I have very high arches and couldn't wear the really cute shoes and sandals because they didn't provide the support I needed. My feet would hurt and my back would ache within the hour of having shoes on. The saleswoman suggested these and I have been hooked ever since. I have a number of pairs for my favorite shoe, though with these, every shoe is a favorite pair! I only wish they would come in a totally clear (non)color option.

Arch Supports That Stay In Place!!
I've got plantar fasciitis and need the arch support in virtually ALL my shoes. I can't buy that many pairs of supports. All the other temporary ones I've tried (and some of the permanent ones) just wouldn't stay in place for a day's wear.These supports do! AND you can peel them out and put them in another pair of shoes. And the STILL stay in place!Yay!

Get these arch supports!!
After suffering through plantar faciitus, arch support is key. I can't fit insoles into all my shoes, so these little foam supports do the trick. They are super comfy and make almost every shoe wearable again.

Even though it didn't support my arches that much, I will keep them. I cannot use them alone, so I placed them on top of my full length gel insoles with low (almost no) arch support and it's fine while used with it. I used them as a combo, and now it works for me. I wish they had a bigger arch support, because I really like the material.

Love these as I can put some support into my everyday shoes rather than using full orthotics
