I bought these thinking as they are horseshoe shaped they would be good for my planter fasciitis, however they do not have an adhesive base and move around your shoe when walking which can cause agony when walking. Shame as these have the potential o be a goo product, I would not buy these again and I do not use mine, I would not recommend.
