Great little pans!
These are great little pans! I’ve premade the shells and froze them. I plan on filling them for Thanksgiving for little individual desserts!

Easy to clean and non-stick. Perfect for tartlets.

Worth it.
I used these in a commercial kitchen for months and they’re still in great condition. A rule of thumb with baking pans though, they don’t need to be ran through the dishwasher every time. A good wipe down is all they usually need. If you do wash them, let the plates dry separately from the rings. Flour and water are the perfect recipe for rust. Even so, with the nonstick finish, you can just take a paper towel and rub the rust rings away no problem as long as they haven’t been sitting that way for weeks.

Purchased to make individual Boston Crème Pie Cookies and they work great for them, they are easy to clean and I was able to easily remove the cookies. Very pleased with my purchase!

These work well, though in time they will rust - still, you’ll probably get many years of use out of them unless you make tarts daily …
