Not good for bedroom if you're a light sleeper. I want a clock with a silent second hand for exercising in my BR but it's a nice looking clock so I put it in another room.After about 9-10 months, can't use because it runs slow. New battery doesn't help.

Clock worked well for the first few years we had it... but then it started to lose time gradually, needing a correction of 1-2 minutes over a month or two. And now it has just stopped working, even with a fresh battery. We have jiggled it in the past to get it to work some more, but we've pretty much run out of patience given the recent issues. The clock lasted six years, but I wish it had lasted longer.

Loud. Weird garish copper color. But it is easy to read and just the size I needed. So, I will paint the frame a dark bronze to avoid returning it.

The color was very shiny copper, with very little 'antiquing' so it didn't look very good with my rubbed bronze fixtures. I returned it. Other than the color (which is hard to determine online) it was a nice clock and a nice size.

This clock's tick is disturbingly loud. I can hear it from other rooms in the house. When I'm in the same room as the clock its tick sound dominates the room.The hour hand on this clock is not calibrated correctly. It is about 15 minutes behind where it should be. When the minute hand is on the 12, the hour hand should be pointing directly at the hour number. Instead, when the minute hand is on the 12 the hour hand is about 75% of the way between the previous hour and the current one.This is a poorly made clock.

Wife loves the wall clock immensely, easy to read at distance and the imitation wood on frame of the clock is most appealing.

When it arrived, the clock looked the same as pictured, but the hour hand was not affixed firmly and just hung at the bottom, making it useless. I returned it and was given a prompt refund.
