this product works fine.
According to what I have read about Eleuthero, (a.k.a. 'Siberian Ginseng'), is a relative of the ginseng family, and has 'mild' energy-boosting effects. I would guess that this makes it better-suited for long-term use.It is also supposed to help with lower back pain. (from Sitting all day, work-related injury, etc.)It must be working, because since I have started taking Eleuthero regularly, I have not had any major lower-back pain.This won't replace physical therapy, but it can aid & supplement it.If you need a *Big Kick* in the pants for energy, Eleuthero won't do it - For that, you'll need to try one of the other varieties of 'real' ginseng. Otherwise, this product works fine.

I could not really tell
I can't really tell whether this product had much of an effect on my body due to my injuries that occurred to me in a car accident. Maybe I am over-anxious in wanting my complete recovery. I suspect though, I had some positive results. Certainly not negative.

consistantly taking them but have yet to feel any different
i personally started taking them to boost energy as i found that's what this herb can do. i don't feel it working. from what i read about ginseng, you should start feeling something by 2nd week, its now 2nd month and nothing. it could just be me.
