We had one just like it (from IKEA) but the cartridge went out after 12+ years. This one is nearly identical with a couple of small improvements I won’t get into.Most important is flex hose that detached from its support. I like this a hundred times better than pull out hides which get tangled up under the sink, or don’t fully retract after a while.This faucet is really elegant and functional. Good quality of the installation material. I bought a 1 11/32” socket wrench to tighten the under-sink nut in a very tight space. (Available at Amazon under Shiwer Socjet Wrench Set). You should too.Installed myself in 10-15 min (includes taking off the old one) with the right tools.Connecting supply lines to the valves are good quality too. No leaks and no over-tightening required.Good value for the money.I highly recommend.

This faucet is so sleek and well designed, I should have guessed it is Japanese made. Unlike other pull-down faucets, the silicone hose pulls out of it's cradle and the spray reaches to all sides of our larger size double sink. It slides back into the cradle fairly easily when you're finished, and while it is snug, that's a good thing because it can't be bumped out of place when you don't want it out. The 2 spray selection is easy to use, and the single handle can be operated with a finger tip. The whole faucet turns easily to either side, which means it can be positioned wherever you need the flow to go. This is a heavy metal faucet, no plastic, even the cover plate is metal. It was a breeze to install, with everything included. It is stylish, sturdy, simply beautiful to look at, and satisfying to use. If you're looking to add some Zen to your kitchen, look no further, this one is well worth the money!

Appears to be of good quality and workmanship.Would have been helpful to have a tool to tighten the water supply hoses to the faucet instead of just turning them by hand but that seems to work okay. A tool to tighten the large mounting nut would have also been helpful, but luckily I had a set of plumber sockets for a shower install that worked great for this install. Happy so far.

The unit is heavily feel from solid built along with flexible silicone hose and easy installation process . This silicone hose design will last a lifetime compare to the pull-out design which is easily break/leaking , in my opinion . The only minor of flaw design as mentioned is the aiming angle of the mount which pointing straight down to the sink . This angle control the water flow too close toward inner of the sink which is normally to be toward the middle/center and cause problem with aiming from usage . I tried to modify the issue by straightening out the bracket using some special tools with fabrication since the bracket is a solid metal . I have to stop the straightening process at a certain point , do not want to break it off and cause the matter worst once the aiming was almost near the center .

I took a trip to faucet Hell and spent three weeks visiting Home Depot, Lowe’s, and various websites online. Then I read countless reviews and watched a gang of videos. This came up with the coupon and I pulled the trigger. I expected that I would pay hundreds for a quality product so I also ordered a more expensive faucet so that way I could pick one and send the other back. I expected to keep the more expensive one but was surprised!This Roddex faucet was so much better than the more expensive faucet. The faucet is rubbernecked and makes it easy to maneuver. Both spray options are powerful....But It has a controlled power. Lastly, the metal base is super solid. It’s heavy whereas the more expensive one was light and made from some sort of composite. My concern with that one is that it could be easily broken if yanked a little hard. And this faucet fits the size of my regular sink and doesn’t look too obnoxious. Love it!!!Update: I've had it for a week and still love it!Update #2 (January 24 2022): I still have the faucet and love it. The only issue is that it came a bit loose at the base so I had to tighten it up. I'm not sure why it came loose unless it was never tightened at installation. Otherwise, I have not had any issues with leakage. It still works just as good as Day One.

The sink looks nice but it's not for everyday use. The faucet is hard to get out and put back and it tends to warp instead of standing straight. Keep looking

Easy to install, great water flow, and high quality feel.The instructions weren’t terribly useful. Tiny little illustrations and not very clear instructions. Easy to install without though.Overall very happy with this faucet. This looks very similar to one that IKEA used to produce, which is very difficult to find now.The rubber hose doesn’t get caught or anything and is easy to handle.

PROS: Unique design, nice chrome finish, feels solid and well built.CONS: Many* Leaked from the handle immediately. I assume the cartridge was bad. Thanks to Amazon for sending a replacement, but aggravated about having to do a difficult installation a second time.* Flexible hoses supplied are inferior. They are folded instead of coiled in the packaging, resulting in a kink that is somewhat permanent. One hose was also 2" shorter than the other. For my project, that was just enough for it not to reach. I bought new hoses.* Incorrect installation instructions - hot and cold connections are reversed in the instructions. I can't believe nobody has commented on this. I've installed a fair number of faucets, and it's not rocket science, but the illustrations for these instructions are so small that they are illegible. And there is no web site to go to to get information.I don't like to give negative reviews. But in the future I will stick with an American brand. Roddex has a lot of products on their website, but I couldn't find this model or any information about it. I don't know where I would ever find parts. Too much time wasted. There's no way I would recommend.
