Finally, a Real Pen-like Stylus Nib!
I was beginning to think there was no way to get a stylus for writing and drawing on my iPad that had a nib which was more pen-like in the way it writes. The firmness of these nibs makes writing easy, actually looks like my real handwriting, not like the resulting scribble when I sign on the card swiper at the grocery store. I also design jewelry and clothing (not professionally...yet) and find this firm nib allows me to do a more realistic sketch when an idea comes to me. Obviously not as detailed as a CAD system or good old fashioned pencil and paper, but close enough that I can review my quick sketch then perfect it later. While flying from Seattle to Chicago I was able to draft several designs with enough detail so my friends could easily see what I had in mind. If I could, I'd give these firm nibs 6 stars. WRITTEN 2 DAYS LATER: I like these so much I wanted to order 5 more packs of them. When I bought the pack reviewed above it was $4.95 with free shipping. Two days ago I was about to order 5 more packages when I noticed the shipping for EACH package was now $9.99 (does not qualify for Prime). I wrote and asked Electric Online if they'd consider charging only once for the shipping and combine all 5 packages into one. Just got an email saying the product now offers free shipping. Well, guess what, the shipping is now free but the price has jumped from $4.95 to $10.50. I hope the ones I have last a long time because I won't be buying any for quite a while at this rate! I have not changed my original impresssion of the product - still worth 5 stars. I just wanted to alert those who might be considering their purchase. I've also notified Amazon of this.

Just What I Needed!
I first used the nib that came with my stylus - the squishy kind - and it work. But this was a real improvement! So, I am a college student that does everything on my iPad - take notes, read textbooks, organize, etc. I MUST have a working stylus and this nib just made my stylus so much better! It gives you lots of control in writing and drawing. The word 'firm' made me think of some awful tire rubber that was hard and might damage my screen but I was wrong! Its definitely firm, but a flexible firm. Its just perfect for what I need it for.During lecture, taking notes hour after hour after hour, I really needed something that would let me writing naturally and give me no problems trying to draw or right - this did that! If you want to just casually swipe around - you really dont need a stylus in the first place. As for the 'pressing hard' part - I dont think its like that at all! Coming from the squishy type nib, I do agree that I had to push a little harder for it register but now that I think about it - I dont have that problem anymore. Just like I first had to get used to writing with a stylus, I got used to, in a sense, a different type of stylus. All in all it just works! My first nig (the original squishy kind) lasted me an entire semester so these three will probably (hopefully) last me 1.5 years of school! Its worth mentioning that when I bought it, it was ~$10.50 and now its ~8.00 so that sucks but w/e - like I said, 1.5 years!

The good, the firm and the nibbly.
I nabbed these nibs after I accidentally destroyed the one that came with the stylus, and figured I'd try out a different tip to see if I like drawing and sketching with it. And to be honest, I don't like it anywhere near as much as the regular "soft" nibs. It's not just that they are firm (which they are. oh baby they are firm!), it is that you really have to press significantly harder to make decent contact. For my purposes, that is just not really helpful. I can see how they might be helpful in some cases, but so far I have stuck with the soft-n-squishy. However, I am still giving this review 5 stars and 2 thumbs up because these nibs do what they are supposed to do. Just because they don't meet my needs is irrelevant. So in summary, if you want a harder, more firm experience, and like a little extra "push" on the bamboo, they maybe these lil' nibs are for you! Nibs!

Best Stylus Idea Yet.
We have a drawer full of old styli. Mesh tips, etc. when they became ineffective, they just get tossed aside. Bamboo is much higher quality, works much better, more accurate, durable and reliable. These replacement tips mean you can get many years out of a stylus. An individual nib will easily outlast the others. The choice of a soft, or firm nib is another plus.

Perfect Replacement Nib
I love my Bamboo Wacom, but my soft nib finally bit the proverbial dust after a solid year and a half of handling, which also includes kids who believe the soft nib means it needs a harder touch to control their devices. So it was definitely time for a new nib. I went ahead and tried the firm nibs thinking this may really help, and so far, I love them!!! The soft nib always scared me a little, especially in the hands of younger kids who, again, weren't all that gentle. But with the firm nib I notice everyone is using the stylus more gently as it doesn't feel like it requires a more substantial touch. The replacement nib was very easy to install too. Just unscrew, take off the old, put on the new, and screw back! That's it! I definitely recommend the firm nibs over the soft right now as I also feel when using drawing apps you have a better distinction of where you line is going, and the soft nibs tend to flatten out when pressed to a device, which makes it a little harder to know where your going.

Wacom ACK20601 Bamboo Stylus
I have used a lot of stylus' and this one is the best. They will send a half dozen rubber tips to be replaced when needed. That's not very often. I have had the same tip for almost a year now and no problems. I use it daily and depend on it for my Kindle and completing forms on other tablets. It is durable and accurate and never any problems.

A Firmer Gaming Tip
I love my Wacom stylus, but found the included soft tip to be a bit to squishy for active gaming. Swiping fast would compress the tip enough that the shaft of the stylus scraped across the glass. No scratches were caused, but I worried about them so I decided to try the firmer Nibs. I love them! You have to press a little harder for my iPad to recognize the touch, but I can swipe and slash to my hearts content without scratching or scraping. Very good product, and awesome to have a stylus with replaceable tips rather than replacing the while thing several tims a year.

Fits the Intuos Creative Stylus
5 stars because this fits my Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus! After the overall disappointing performance of this pen and the older iPad mini I was using it on — I gave the stylus to my kids and they made quick work of it :) ! So I had to find replacements — and these fit like an OJ Simpson Glove!! Seems no one ever mentions this, however — but again, the CS1 has been long discontinued and better options are on the horizon. This is perfect for that moment you find yourself needing to keep the kids busy while you hatch an evil plan to purchase that awesome iPad Pro with Apple Pencil... if only Apple stops being cheap with the display and FINALLY uses the one they have for the iPhone Pro Max...

Calidad EXCELENTE. Precio...
