Amazing customer service
I purchased a CCTV two years ago, last week I had a problem with the power adapter, I sent a message by WhatsApp to the customer service, they answered my message in less than two minutes and help to figure out what was the problem.The delivery was very fast, the new power adapter was delivered with 3 days, the adapter is really good, now all are set and my cameras are working perfectly.I would like to say thank to the customer service agent Ella, that agent was above and beyond to help with my problem.
