The Soft Gel Hip Ice Wrap is designed to conform to the body and provide cold compression therapy deep into the entire hip and gluteal area for efficient and soothing relief. As with all Cool Relief products, this back ice wrap contains a removable insert allowing continuous cold compression with the purchase of an additional cold pack insert. This wrap can also be used for heat therapy by warming up the insert in the microwave. Put the insert into the microwave for small intervals of time (20 second intervals at MOST) until you reach the desired temperature. *Caution: Insert can get very hot. To prevent burns, we recommend only heating the insert until it reaches a luke warm temperature. Do not put in the microwave for more than 20 seconds at a time to prevent risk of insert bursting.
