This is a good value for what you pay. You get not only the front facing dash camera, you also get a smaller rear facing camera and all the cables, mount and memory card included. Easy installation, good picture and nice small size so it's not obtrusive on the windshield. The only issue I have with it, and why I gave it 4 stars not 5, is the battery does not hold much of a charge, but I didn't get it for the parking surveillance, driving is my only real concern.Update: After resetting the camera to factory default, the battery now charges properly and functions as expected. Now when the car is off, I can turn on the unit and work through the menus, etc. I tested the parking surveillance and it actually works very well, pretty sensitive to a jostle of the car if I lean or lightly push against the car.

Picture is great. Easy to install if you have ny experience doing any kind of work around you house or on cars in your lifetime. Comes with memory card. The mounting system of screen is VERY stable. Videos are great and easy to view on a computer or tv by removing the card. The instructions for use/setup are not the friendliest but this 60 yr old figured it out. Only down size is the 3 minute segments it records. Recently on vacation and wanted a little video of a drive we took and I had to edit it with video software to make it one clip. Would be nice if you could choose the length of the video.

This camera is just as advertised! The picture quality is sharp and clear. The features are very useful and helpful. I hadn’t realized that it came with a reverse cam, and I was pleasantly surprised. The problem I have with it is that my car only has one outlet for the power source so I need to choose between the camera and my phone charger. But that’s hardly an issue with this item, rather with my car.Most cameras I’ve seen have a much higher price point.

I had a little incident where I saw a scratch on my car. Tried to recover the footage on the dashcam and cannot locate it. It was really frustrating to find the videos as its not as straight forward as i thought. I'm pretty upset about the situation though as I've owned this camera for the past 3 years thinking that it would be a life saver for insurance purposes in the event of a major accident. I'm unable to retrieve the data even though I believe I got through to videos in the gallery. No history whatsoever was recorded . Only the same day events. I double checked my settings, and it should have allowed me to have the videos saved.Once again, I'm disappointed with the functionality of this dash cam

This camera seems like a good value but I had so much trouble installing it. The installation guide which came with it is very insufficient and I have no clue how to connect the rear view camera to the rear back light and to the front camera body. googled installation video but none is existent. It will be helpful to upload installation video online, or make the installation guidebook more informative.

This camera is the best of the last 3 types I’ve had. Night recording is phenomenal, rear view camera was perfect for the blind side of my semi, and I like split screen display.Cons: The Chinglish translation manual is terrible but you can figure it out after a few days. The memory card fills up fast (like 6 hours of constant recording) and I can’t figure out how to enable the loop-over-record. I just bought a 64 gig card instead and that gets me a few days before I have to reformat the card.Overall Score: B+/ A-

**UP DATE**After doing this review over because they did finally answer me and sent me a new dash cam however, the new one did the exact same thing with the black blob sunspot THE SAME WEEK I RECEIVED IT except this time, customer service doesn't want to answer me after I gave them a five-star rating. I'll be changing that today. Along with that, I've had to replace the suction cup piece at least six times because they keep breaking. With as much as I've spent on replacement pieces, I should have just purchased a different dash cam. Lesson learned!Initially I gave this product a one-star only because of the customer service I received from this site. After leaving my review to my surprise the seller contacted me directly to resolve the issue . The seller was extremely polite and professional. Within a few days I received a replacement dash cam at my door. The dash cam works perfectly! The dash cam has front and rear cameras, it also has different settings (just like picture in a picture). That is my favorite part of this camp, I can see everything around me, I can change the settings to whatever I want to view. I am extremely satisfied with this product, with the seller and their customer service. Not only did they go above and beyond to fix my issue, they also stayed in contact with me to make sure I received the new dash cam and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend this product and seller to my friends and family.

This thing is hard to beat, especially for the money! The picture quality is clear, the power cord is long enough to route out of the way to keep the dash area neat. It also features a rear facing camera. If you want to use the rear camera as a backup camera, simply splice the provided wire into your reverse lamp circuit and it will automatically change when you put the vehicle in reverse. Looking for a quality camera? Look no further.
