I have been using this on my face and neck for 3 months( 20min sessions, 3 times per week),mainly to firm up the skin around the jawline and improve the look of the nasolabial folds. I have certainly noticed a bit of improvement, so I will continue to use it regularly. Having said that,I am 35 so my skin is pretty firm anyway. The improvement may be more noticeable on more mature skin.I was pleased that this came with the preparation gel, as that stuff is ridiculously expensive. The 50ml tub should last me a year as you only need a tiny amount.The device does heat the skin and make it a bit red,but my skin is pretty robust so it goes away after 5mins. Not sure this would be good for sensitive skin. I started on the high setting straightway( there are 2 settings) and had no issues. In fact,I wish it would actually get a bit hotter and not switch itself off when the skin gets a little warm! But I guess it's a safety feature, so it's all good.

the packing of machine and the gel both stated will expire in july, which is the same month i have it purchased.I used 3 times and it seems the skin nature got improvement

I can honestly say that I look exactly the same after using this several times. Now the On lights keep going off and the temperature goes off. Feel like I am playing with a toy! Please can I have a refund because it has broken?
