Better quality than expected
The wood and overall construction of this fan was better than expected. Was thinking it would be crappy balsam wood that gives splinters when touched and the fan would be thin paper messily glued to the balsam wood. Wasn't the case. I would buy again.

Perfect for the purpose
I purchased multiples of these to pass out at my daughter’s outdoor wedding ceremony, in tropical late spring in NC. If they are damaged or broken, it’s ok, but nice to have for those having an “independent summer” of their own or extreme heat conditions

Very Cute
This fan was small enough to place into a small purse. It has a very cute detail when the fan is opened. It was a bit splintery and took a bit of work to get it opened at first. Very fragile as it is wood and delicate paper.

Poor quality
Poor quality wood and paper. It doesn't fold well, and I've almost ripped the paper. I'm not sure it will be useful this summer in the humidity because the paper is so flimsy that the sweat on my hands would disintegrate it.

The wood is like cheap chopsticks so it’s a bit frayed. Returned.
