Not powerful enough
This blender is not powerful enough and very noisy when using it.

Very disappointed
I purchased the blender in February, and it started smoking in April outside of the refund window of 3/11. I was told I only needed to return the motor, which I did on 4/27. I was told a replacement would be shipped on 4/29. I spoke to a representative she said to check back with her for updates. I received an update on 5/24 that they cannot give me a date when the item will be back in stock. Also the soundproof doesn't close completely.

Great blender! I recommend buying on amazon for faster delivery and best prices than commercial restaurant stores.
