Go ahead and Buy It
I spent a fair amount of time looking at reformers online, hemming and hawing about whether to buy one. My concerns were cost of the high-end ones, quality of the mid and low priced ones, and how much space it would take up in our spare bedroom. This reformer wins on all counts! The $650 price point means it pays for itself in fewer than 20 skipped classes. That would be 20 weeks at my pace of one class per week, but that brings up another advantage - I use it two or three times per week, rather than once, because I don't have to sign up, miss work, drive to class, etc. The quality is very good. It has metal springs, rather than elastic bands. The resistance with all the springs on is roughly on par with all-springs-on or one-spring-off on a professional machine. The springs are a little shorter, so I believe the tension increases more from beginning to end of the platform's travel, but it's fine. I am 6 feet tall and the machine is plenty long enough. It's probably long enough for someone 6' 3". The machine feels solid, not cheap Talking up space is another non-issue. It folds up very easily (even on carpet). I store mine in front of a wall, and it might take up a 2 foot by 1 foot space. It's tucked away (unlike my wife's massive treadmill). If you are hemming and hawing, go ahead and buy it before you spend any more money on classes. Unfortunately, I signed up for a 5-pack of classes right before I bought mine, and I haven't gone to one of them. My plan is to go back occassionally to make sure my form is right, but thus far my body is telling me I'm generally doing it right.

Great Home Pilates Reformer
I am just getting into Pilates having learned the basics during physical therapy. I could never afford ongoing pilates classes at $65 an hour. Luckily, my insurance allows me a yearly fitness allowance and I was able to purchase this reformer. My therapist approved the model and I have been doing her exercise program every other day for about a month. I have list 10# and am getting toner & more agile. I'm 69 and didn't think I'd ever even begin to get in better shape. It has already paid for itself in my health & self esteem. Comfort, Performance, Ease of use & assembly all get top marks. And access to exercise videos once I get my strength back is the cherry on top!

Decent Pilates reformer for the price
I bought this Pilates reformer because of its ability to fold up to store upright and the low price. Overall I really like it. The springs aren’t as difficult as the springs on my Pilates chair, but I get a decent workout on it when using all four springs. It was easy to put together. It’s also easy to fold up, just watch your fingers. It rolls out of the way easily too. One complaint is that it’s kind of noisy. I greased the track with some fitness equipment oil and it helped a little. But I still can’t figure out where it’s still squeaking from. Also the free workout videos are okay, not the best, not the worst, but okay. I mix in some other videos I found online. Other than that, I love it.

Best purchase of the pandemic
I've used various studio reformers for about 5yrs and would say I'm a beginner/intermediate user. While this is not a studio quality reformer it is top notch for home use. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Assembled w/in minutes. Is a solid piece of equipment (I was expecting something more flimsy). It needed a spray of silicone (sold separately) on the track to eliminate noise when using. I fold and put it away after each use and it's fairly easy to do. It is the only folding reformer with springs on the market. There's no end to great Youtube workouts. It takes a little getting used to if you've used a studio machine, but so far it's working smoothly and is a superb workout. I LOVE it! No regrets.

Damaged
Purchased in brand new condition but it arrived used! It’s damaged all over. Scratched, chipped the shoulder pads dented and greasy, the foot bar and rebounder both scratched and chipped as well!

Rebounder enamel flaked, rusted; other issues
When I unpacked the Aeropilates reformer and rebounder, I discovered a number of flaws. The worst was the enamel flaked off of the rebounder, with the metal tube behind rusted. The foot rest was scuffed as though it had been previously used. One of the black rubber pieces where the upright pieces of the reformer fit into the base was bent so it was almost impossible to fit the piece in; had to use some ingenuity and small piece of wood to push it open enough for the piece to be able to slide in. The wood on the base of the reformer was badly finished with, I'd guess, sprayed on varnish that had dried so that the wood was as rough as coarse sandpaper. I contacted Aeropilates through the link on the Amazon website. I did not get a response. After a few days, I called, left a message and was called back the same day. The woman I spoke with requested I send photos of the entire rebounder, which I did. She offered to send an entire new reformer, but I really only wanted the black plastic pieces and the rebounder to be replaced. Unfortunately, these are not in stock and I have no idea when I will receive them. It is obvious that, in this case at least, their quality control had failed to catch these flaws.

Quality product
I have been looking for a reformer that is portable. My husband assembled it and commented on how well built it is. It works as smoothly as the reformer in wood frame. I don't mind getting up an down from the floor. I do have a squeak in one wheel. I will use some silicone spray. Otherwise the spring tension is just right for a at home pilates session. I like that the shoulder blocks can be removed for moves done on all fours. The foot bar is a good hight for me. I am 5'2". It is no adjustable, but can be removed. I have not used the rebounder. It is well built and seems like it would work just fine. I think when I don't need it to be portable I can have my husband build a wood frame for it. So for the price I feel I got my money's worth.

Clunky and junky
Not easy to move around, clunky when unfolding, straps started to fray after a few uses. Not worth the money at all. Sadly too late for a refund
