Very effective ~ created a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. I was dealing with stress and anxiety; I would replay events in mind surrounding a certain circumstance and needed more positive vibes in my home. Gave this a try and it worked very well. Good variety for the price.
I enjoy the variety that comes with this package. Many different scents to burn. It was difficult to keep the sweet grass lit while smudging my house though.
