Q: Have you experienced an oily film on top of the mat? We are tracking our footprints on the wood floor after walking on the mat

One commenter said the slipperiness [and presumably the oily film] was eliminated by washing the mat with Simple Green. See one-star review dated May 11, 2020; read the first comment posted under it.

Q: how do you clean these mats so not to slip and slide from what ever is on the products ? There are making the hardwood floors slick too.

Dear customer, Thank you for your question. It is because the mat was shipped in the sealed package in delivery and some oil has leaked out. It could be removed after a few days of using and it is suggested to sprayed the mat (mat and surrounding floor area) with Simple Green for some days to get rid of that greasy film according to other buyers' experience. Q: Is this gray on the 24x60 light gray or closer to a charcoal gray?

It is a medium grey. Not light but definitely not charcoal.

Q: Will you offer a dark blue or navy option?
