Can you heat a quartz nail for dabbing?

It heats up a glass nail without any issue. The advertised heat is the same as a blazer torch's advertised heat. I have no complaints about it's performance.

Does it come with a refill?

No, it comes empty and with no refill. You need to buy a canister.

Is this good for resin?

I use it to pop the bubbles in the resin. It’s very good to use tumblers and other crafts. . The heat gun just moves the resin and causes more bubbles as it cools.

I received my torch and it was working fine at first but now every time I try to fill it up it is leaking, can I send it back for a new one or?

Can you isolate the leak? For example...it's at the fill valve...or..it's leaking from the head. Both the inlet and metered output valves are the most likely culprits. However your concern about getting a replacement is valid. If you break open the screws you void the warranty. Prudent action would be to return to manufacturer. I tore mine down and the fix was readily apparent but....
