Not your typical pasta!
Loved this pasta! So far have tried only the Thin Spaghetti. It has an unusual quality in that it looks translucent when cooked al dente. It didn't seem as starchy as others, either. Leftovers in the fridge overnight did not stick together or break when transferred to a plate to be reheated. This was plain with just a little butter, no sauce. It has a great smooth mouthfeel. I am impressed and delighted with it!
