I need neck support all day and night and this is the very best neck pillow. I tried a number and, until this one, none of them provided adequate support of both my cervical spine and the back of my head. It also does everything else this type of pillow should do: keeps my head from tilting too far to the side in either direction, or forward if you secure it with the little knot/loop closure. I've also discovered that using it the way it is supposed to be situated is very comfortable during the day when I'm sitting upright. But at night when I'm sleeping, it's more comfortable upsidedown. So my weak, stiff neck is always supported wonderfully.

Because I often travel by plane or bus for business. Travel pillows are really needed. They get lost or get dirty very often. Most of them were bought at the airport. But the quality and price are not as good as this one. Hardness is constant. And it's very portable. Removable wash. I hope I don't lose it anytime soon. If it does get lost I might buy another grey one. LOL

Love it! It's very comfortable and fits my neck perfectly. However, this one would not work for a person with an extra large neck.

I don't use this for travel, I use it for support due to a medical condition. It is wonderful. Relieves the pressure in my cervical spine.

I love it.i just comeback vecation two days before, I used this travel neck pillow,so comfortable. It have soft velour washable cover,support your head sitting good position. Come with free eye mask too

The strap to hold the neck pillow just doesn't work right. It is a small strap with a button to fit through a loop. Once you get it secured it is difficult to unbutton it. A new type strap needs to be designed

I like it but its almost too big.

This was perfect for the 3 hour car drive, didn’t nor wake up with a stiff neck
