Awful Durability, wouldn't buy again
At first, these headphones were very nice, and I've had 2 different pairs over the course of about two years. They were comfortable, portable, and had very nice sound quality, had great battery life and got a lot of use out of them. One annoying thing was that all the sound files put into the headset were way too loud, but other than that they were great.However, after a few months, the charging port stopped working. We plugged them in and the light didn't turn on or anything. The only way you could use them then was as a wired headset. Luckily, we managed to get a new pair from Sentey. On the new headset, the charging port was just fine, but then something else started to happen. The outer plastic started to crack right around the metal bracket. It was small at first, but it kept getting bigger and bigger until we had to do something about it. We had to tape each side together just to make sure they didn't break apart.I would not recommend these to anyone unless they wanted to use them for a few months at most. The build is almost all plastic and the bracket does nothing for durability, so they break very quickly. Many other headsets that are a little more expensive would be a much better buy. Save your money for something more high quality.

Poor sound quality
I’m confused by the reviews on this page as they seem to be for all kinds of different headphones and earphones. This review is for the EarPhone Lightning Connector earbuds. They were cheap...and they sound it. Hear no bass and all music is very tinny sounding. This is OK for Cheap headphones (that I might loose) for the gym but not for anything else.Update: stopped working after 1 week

Mostly Good with a Few Negatives. *** Updated Review ***
***Update*** I am raising my review to 5 stars based upon the amazing customer service I just received. Last week the headset stopped charging. I tried multiple cables, multiple PCs, and as a last resort the charger to my phone. None of those methods worked. I called Sentey's customer service late Friday afternoon. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and asked me to try several things. When those attempts did not resolve the issue, he verified my order and information and told me he would send a new unit out. The unit arrived today, two days after speaking with customer service! The new headset is functioning as expected and I am a happy customer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I purchased this headset because I wanted an economical wireless headset to play online games and to be able to use Teamspeak. The H10 has been a mostly good experience with some issues. The battery life is great. I used it for at least eight hours without a recharge. There are some negatives. According to the people I speak with on Teamspeak, I sound distant. I think is probably because the microphone is integrated into the headset itself. There is no boom. There was another issue where the microphone was constantly emitting a high pitch noise and no one was able to hear what I was saying. I could hear sounds over Teamspeak but not from any other applications. The fix was to remove the pairing with my PC and then pair them again. In spite of the negatives I would still purchase this headset again.

Update - Poor Customer Service
I bought these headphones for use in the gym at work. Although a little bulky for a female head, they are super comfortable and sound great. Other reviews indicate that the base is not as strong as others (beats), but for my musical preferences, the sound is just fine. Due to rather unfortunately small ears, I ham unable to wear ear buds. I am also not interested in spending a huge amount of money on headphones. This not only allows me to listed to my music in the gym, but also without the annoyance of a wire! It is also super nice that my phone can be placed in a safe position away from my body and I can still listen to music (no more sweaty phone or uncomfortable arm bands).The ear phones actually fit over my entire ear so the headset stays on relatively well in an inverted position. The headband is padded and adjustable. It was really easy to connect to the bluetooth on my phone and the battery life has been great so far for my purposes (I use them a few times a week for about an hour and haven't needed to re-charge them yet (week 3).UPDATE - unit stopped working, All attempts to reach out to the company have failed. They have not responded to emails and no one seems to be in the office when I call. Calls are not returned.

TROUBLE galore with this headset! And that includes NO SUPPORT from the company!
I would award ZERO STARS if that were available. I took the headset out of the box, plugged in the "power cord!" The power connection remained until the "red light" turned off. TROUBLE - when I pulled the power cord from the "ear piece" the metal housing from the ear piece came with it. NOW REAL TROUBLE - with the power cord disconnected, the headset had NO POWER! With no power, the headset was USELESS! When I contacted SENTEY, got to experience lots of auto-answering machines. I gave up on that - then dialed the "Support person" and was immediately notified that the "Support Person" had left for the day (GOD! At 2:30 PM, the support person LEFT!SO . . . with no other method of contact, I sent SENTEY an email outlining the problem! I am not overly optimistic!

Charging port broke
Charging port broke within the few first charges. It went in and won't come out. Same as most people mentioned in the other reviews. I decided to take the risk since I'm not a heavy user (only for flights) but I'm highly disappointed.
