So far its ok. I bought this for my 5 yr old son who has long curly (tangly) biracial hair. No detangers work well enough so I relucatantly tried this. It smells good but a bit harsh. I've tried it on wet and dry hair. Either way you really have to manually detangle the hair then use the product liberally. It hasn't reduced his curl volume by much so I'm giving this a "meh" rating lol

Good product. But does not mix well with other products. Only use alone and not too much or it will leave a ton of flakes
