Does this play music when it charging?

It plays 'Ride the Lightning' if you're not careful

It seems there are a lot of replacement stuff, is this real charger by Makita?

Yes it's a Makita charger and 30 minute charge time! I bought one and two 3 amp batteries from amazon.

Does this charge all 4 batteries at once or does it charge one at a time?

I did some experimentation with the number of batteries that are changed. This will change 2 batteries at a time and once complete go to the next one/two. The right side is a pair and the left side is a pair. You can charge only one battery at a time on the two left chargers and only one batter at a time on the right two charges. The first battery inserted starts receiving the charge and will continue until full/complete. Once complete the other (if there is one) on the mated left or right pairing will begin charging. There does not seem to be any impact if you start with the inner or outer charging port of the mated pair (left or right pair). Putting just two batteries on the left mated pair or the right mated pair results in only one battery being charged even with only two batteries on the DC18SF. To charge two batteries at the same time keep them on the two different mated pairs.
