Directions
BABIES & CHILDREN: Infants from birth to 3 years: take one sachet daily. Children (4 to 12 years): take one-to-two sachets daily. Pregnant & breastfeeding women: take one sachet a day. Shake the sachet, then slowly sprinkle contents into a glass of water and vigorously swirl to dissolve fully. Take with food, preferably with breakfast. IMMUNE SUPPORT: Adults and children (4 years and over): take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast.
