Here are some pros and cons about the wise cams. They’re cheap to buy so you can put them all around the house inside outside pretty much everywhere. What they don’t tell you is that they try to sell you on subscription packages and if you don’t buy them they limit what you can actually record. You have to go and additionally purchase microSD card and pop one of those into each wise cam and then on top of that the motion detector will only pop off every five minutes so they limit the functionality of these cameras. In other words if you have an intruder and that motion detector goes off it won’t go off again for five more minutes so after his cut into your front yard you might get a view of them but then you won’t get another view until after he’s gone. Of course if you have the card installed you can go back and look through because you can view a straight feed however you don’t have the ability to click on all the motion detect and review review them the way one would expect to be able to after buying all this hardware. I’ve gone and purchased a ton of these cameras because they were on sale and now I feel like I’m just getting up sold every time I turn around they try to sell me another subscription package which I refuse to buy.

I have one Echo Show already and have used it a lot with my family. I have 5 kids and this helps me to connect with them and check in on them.The combination package I purchased this time included another Echo Show and two Wyze cameras. I have several Wyze cameras around the house already. Kind of like the Echo Shows, I'm starting to put the cameras in nearly every room....not really but it feels a bit like that. I also point a few of them out a window to see out back or our front when I'm away from the house.So there isn't much that's surprising about this deal except the price. The package was priced less than a normal Echo Show price. That's a great deal.The cameras are super easy to connect to WiFi. They fit into small places so they are not intrusive. The images and video are very clear and useful for seeing around a room. They have SDCard for local storage and they come with some cloud storage.The Echo Show is similarly easy to use. It connects to my Amazon account easily and I can Drop In on my kids easily from a tablet or phone.So, for my purposes, these are great devices, great price, and good for family use.

already had 3 of the wyze cameras from a black friday deal and then saw this deal for another 2 more with echo show 5 for basically free and jumped on it. so happy i did . the echo show 5 is much more speedy and responsive to touch inputs than the Fire HD 8 i was using with the show mode dock, the sound quality is amazing,. Couldn't believe how much clean bass and crisp mids were coming out of this little guy. I wish the fire tv cube's speaker was this good. Screen is bright and high quality. no complaints other than the fact that it tries to trigger at the same time as my fire tv cube sometimes and gets confused. Im sure i just need to change a setting somewhere or move them further apart.

These work but about 3 years into their use both provide clouded images. Both were kept inside in a climate-controlled location but now they are almost useless. Motion detection has always been poor and now some of the features are locked behind a subscription service. At first I was a fan of these but now it’s clear they don’t last and are not worth the money. Do not use Wyze products unless you only plan a year or two of use out of them.

These are working well still, I ended up ordering a Wyze pan cam as well and some SD cards. Adding the skill to the echo show IS ANNOYING but works well once you get it all going.

At their price point the Wyze Cams are amazing. They are perfect to drop anywhere and I end up buying more and more every month for family members.

Love love my cameras I had one prior to get the package deal (which was an awesome price ) all so loving the echo show. Helps with my day to day.
