How do you cover end of spout,,

There is nothing to cover the end of the spout. I don’t use this to store my olive oil; instead, I use it for a dinner party or marathon cooking day, and then clean it afterwards. The spout’s opening is quite small, so if you use your oil frequently enough, I don’t think there would be much risk of oxidization. Hope that helps!
