Does not work out of the box
We open the packaging and ran it through our dish machine, and when it came out the other side it had gotten too hot and turned off. We just had our machine calibrated so we knew it was correct. We bought 4 of them and they all did not work.

Worked Great!
Thermometer works great so far, and is very similar to what the inspectors are currently using to take temperature checks. This is a much easier way to quickly check our temperatures.
