Very easy to use and great alternative if you can’t visit a gym. My only negative was I did not receive a workout guide in my package, so I’m just going by the photos displayed here.

I ordered this a week ago since we’re dealing with a quarantine situation and the gyms are closed. After searching around I thought this would be perfect.It just arrived today and I’ve spent more than 40 mins trying to use this in various exercises and if you are an experienced lifter this is terrible.It came with no instructions either nor the promised workout guide so trying to assembly looking at the photos on Amazon was another frustration.Save your money and purchase dumbbells, barbells and what ever else you may need.

This is really good quality . Easy to use and love how the bar has adjustable straps that connect to the resistance band but I never received my work out guide which sucks
