Laptronix Instant Hot Water Dispenser – Water Boiler with Removable 2.5L Tank and Drip Tray 2600W Black Kettle Machine

I usually don't write reviews for Amazon products, but the customer service from this seller is stellar! I highly recommend this product, and this seller! I bought this tank just over a year ago, and my daughter broke the water tank. I contacted the seller to see if I could buy a replacement, but they instead posted me a new one free of charge. They made sure to wrap the tank carefully, and it was delivered within a week. I could not be happier with the seller! They care about their customers and ensure each of them is happy with their service and products. Thank you so much! As for the hot water dispenser itself, it is perfect. As I've mentioned I've had this machine for over a year, and it has been working perfectly! I use it several times daily to make teas, and it is so much more convenient than using a kettle. I love it!

I've had it just over a month now and it's still working great. When I first read the reviews, they mentioned about the water that is left underneath - now I had the same issue, then I found out why... Don't take the container off... Instead just fill it up with a jug... The reason is because of the little valve at the bottom. It doesn't keep in the water when putting it back in and it just leaks a little so don't remove it. Also when repositioning it, hold the base and not the container. Water wise it boils nicely, but it's a little slow. It's nice that it has a 2.5L capacity so I'm not filling up every 3 cups of coffee or tea. The stop function works a treat. Overall it's a 4.5 from me.

We owned an identical one for a few years with name brand Von shef. Could not find same brand but this is same Great hot water dispenser. Quick and instant as always. Have not given 5 stars as I am concerned the steam and noise that comes out after I use it and switch it off. Hope that is not an underlying issue for future

This is the best. Easy to use. Instant hot water. Just remember to place cup first before switching on. Brand new and will use it all the time. Excellent. Makes a lovely cuppa very good taste. Looks good on the bench and very simple and safe to use. Fills to 2.5l which is excellent

Very quick to boil water, better than my previous hot water dispenser. One difference is you have to switch it off manually unlike my other "kettle" which I could set temperature and volume of water. That said my old appliance was scaled up and worn out.

This is not instant hot water, it starts off cold takes and takes few seconds to warm up so i find that i am using another cup to start it off before i fill my cup so my tea will be hot, Then half way through filling it starts spluttering then stops for a rest then starts again. All in all it takes about a minute and a half to fill a mug which is not very fast compared to other models i have previously had/used. It also drips a lot when not in use. I find myself standing there twiddling me thumbs waiting for it to fill. It maybe ok for someone with painful hands who cannot lift a kettle but it still has to be filled up so I cant see the point really.

Bought this for my mum who was struggling to lift a kettle. It is perfect for what she needed. It has an extremely large water tank and the amount of water required can be controlled with on/off switch. There is a boil and water indicator light which shows clearly when water is pouring and water is ready within seconds. Mum likes to top her cuppa up with hot water this is ideal for that. Other models don't have that facility they just give you one cup at a time. This model is also very quiet when pouring water and it doesn't come out fast so no risk of hot water splash. I'm over the moon with this purchase and for the price it's excellent. Think I'll be getting myself one too. Delivery was really quick too. Very happy.

This water boiler does not cut off. Got it to replace my previous one which was fantastic. Removed all packaging filled with water to run it clean. I didn't realise it would keep running whilst I was putting the packaging in the trash. Came back to kitchen worktop flooded and dishwasher not working obviously the water had run into the socket below and fused the dishwasher. Just be aware you have to stand next to it and manually switch it off.
