I have another unit with this brand engine and I like it. Starts easy and nice power. I also like the gravity feed fuel system cause you can shut off the fuel and let it burn the fuel out of the carburetor so it won't sludge it up.

I ordered this for my father who had a log splitter that the engine went out on. We researched for several months where to get a new engine for the splitter. After reading the description to my father, we decided to order this and see if we could make it work. After installing this engine, turns out it worked better than the original one with a lot less effort to use the new engine to split the wood plenty of power.

Put gas in it and started on first pull. And continues to start on one pull

I liked the engine and planned on doing a full video review at Kentucky Fried Fixes on YouTube, but everything inside these is different from the standard clone engines. None of the gaskets or internal parts will interchange and I've not found any replacement parts available as of yet. It's a completely different design from any of the other Honda clone engines. Don't get me wrong, I do like it, big bore, short stroke, but there are no aftermarket performance parts available and sooner or later it's going to need some regular replacement parts. When that day arrives, what then? Boat anchor? 4 stars for the lack of replacement parts. I wouldn't recommend this one for that reason.

I used this motor to replace a Champion engine on my log splitter. It bolted right up within minutes. I added oil and gas, switched it on, engaged the choke making sure that it was at 1/3 throttle as directed. It started on the second pull. It runs great. I split several logs without incident, so far so good!

Packaging was great- double boxed- boxes were heavy duty, engine was supported internally. Fit & finish were very good. Filled with oil, put in a cup of fuel, pulled plug to circulate oil, replaced plug, turned on gas, choked, it started 2nd pull- runs smooth! Very happy.

Bought one to replace a 3 hp engine on a mini bike . Engine is very fast and plenty of torque however after less than 3 tanks of gas through it it will not run for more than a minute . I didn’t wanna hassle with returning bought a second identical engine that will not start what so ever . I’ve used many predator 212 engines which are cheaper and much more reliabale with just a little less power .

Unique Way to Build a 7hp Engine BUT its so different than all the rest of the Chinese Clone type engines that if you have a internal part need you are out to lunch.. No known way to get parts other than valves,,carb parts and coil... Even the gaskets are difference than all the past engines made..
