Poor Part Quality & Customer Service - AVOID
The grill looks terrible after just 1 year of ownership. The garnish ring around each burner knobs all discolored and chrome vaper deprivation finish on each knob plastic garnish rings are all flaking off the chrome finish look. This griddle does not see direct sunlight as it is under an outdoor kitchen roof. The cart for grill needs additional washers as the cart was fabricated too small in the width for the griddle. Not a huge issue for me as it is a built in for our outdoor kitchen. Called customer service several times to buy replacement parts but they never pick up the phone calls. Good luck with any warranty help! No email address as well. Shipping was horrible as the griddle arrived in a retail shelf box, not in a properly padded shipping box so many knicks and scratches. Recommend Blackstone griddles. I have a $20,000 outdoor kitchen and refuse to use CampChef crap now.

So much better than the B-stone by far
Not going to knock the other brand, but Camp Chef is so much better and stronger built. I have so many things made by Camp Chef and that may be more proof than you need. Not one of those items was free and this review is completely voluntary by me. I wouldn't accept anything if it was offered. With that said, everything that I have purchased for tent camping, my fifth wheel trips, and all the items I have on my front porch at home and at my lake property are Camp Chef. By far, better built and more reliable. Very strong frames and grill and griddles that will outlive me and my kids kids. I have from the 1 burner portables to the 4 burner as well as the FTG 900. Highly recommend over anything else in this category for build quality and price. Gave my B-stone away after this one arrived.

Damaged griddle top!
Little disappointed with the purchase. Box arrived badly damaged. I took pictures of the box before opening. I was hopeful that nothing was damaged but that was short lived. The actual cooktop had a dent right on the front where the grease runs to the grease tray. Had to be a hard hit to dent that thick steel. At any rate, the black coating all along the front is flaking and will likely rust, since that’s what protects the cooktop. The grill itself works, which is good news but who knows what it’ll look like a month from now. Definitely disappointed because of what I paid for the dang thing.

For the price of almost $800.00 is not worthy. I have a pieces of old top grill in my patio.
The media could not be loaded. I dislike that is only 2 months that I bought it and already is rust the top and the bottom is all messed up. The bottom is plastic and the chrome is coming off and I use only 5 times and every time that I use only clean with a soap and fiber cloth. No abrasive product I use.

Not good.
The grill-top arrived damaged and already rusting. The regulator is very touchy— a slight 1-degree turn on the propane tank will trigger it’s throttle. It’s also a pain to light - we have to insert lit chopsticks thru the back vents. Speaking of, light breezes blow the flames out easily thru the vents, which is a nuisance. Last headache, it heats unevenly. We notified Camp Chef about the grill top. They sent us a replacement that didn’t fit— it was for a smaller model. Gave up after that.Really disappointed. We spent top dollar for a premium experience and were let down in multiple categories. Regret the purchase.
