Like any other caffeinated, fat-burners, it helps tremendously with curving your cravings in the morning and giving you that boost before a workout. I personally don't use this afternoon; otherwise, I would literally sleep around 3 am in the morning despite taking the pills (with the recommended amount) around 12:10 pm... I'm not saying that it's super caffeinated (it's still not nearly as strong as some of the popular products like Total War, Cellucore, and etc), but if you are caffeine sensitive like me, I advice taking these in the morning fasted and carry out your day (even if you weren't working out in the morning). The results that I've gotten with this product has been the same with other supplements; you can't 'cheat' your diet while taking these supplements. You have to really fundamentally solidify your diet before seeing the results that you are hoping with the supplementation.

I was actually surprised how well this product works. I am used to trying these things and not noticing anything but this one is good. I am eating less and seems like losing fat faster. Coworkers have even started noticing.

Time-released clean energy with a very effective appetite suppressant. I take the two caps in the morning and it's still working in the afternoon. No Jitters! Well.....This review has been a long time coming.......God Bless the makers of this magnificent product.....I couldn't be more satisfied with my physical achievements & the money I have religiously invested in this product for over a year now......I'm in the best shape of my ENTIRE LIFE at 33 years old......I workout hard 6 days a week & I can finally see my consistency & determination paying off in spades with this product as my "sidekick".....But a person needs 2 workout or atleast do some cardio every day to be able to benefit fully from this product's results........Dont just sit up their taking these pills, eating like a walrus, sitting on your behind day in & day out, and expect some mind boggling results just to appear out of THIN AIR like magic......GET ACTIVE!!!!......This product gives the buyer an unlimited amount of energy so USE the gift that it bestows to effectively reach your weight goals & dreams.......THIS PRODUCT DOES EVERYTHING it claims it will do...Iam a WITNESS to THAT FACT.........But if you want to look better & be healthier faster atleast add some CARDIO to your lifestyle......Take a daily walk.....Your body will THANK YOU😌.........ONCE AGAIN?? I started taking this supplement as directed, 1 pill once a day, for the first 2 days and then quickly switched to 1 pill twice a day because I wasn't sure I was noticing any difference. My appetite has definitely decreased, sometimes I eat only because I know it is mealtime. I have been skipping my afternoon coffee as well because I don't feel the need for it. There is not a drastic burst of energy immediately after taking my pill but a constant level of sustained energy throughout the day. A few days ago I decided to try 2 pills at once and it was too much for me. I never got the jittery feeling I have had with other similar supplements, my body just needs more time to adjust to the 1 pill twice a day before changing the dosage. So if you're unused to this type of supplement make sure you follow the dosage suggestions on the bottle. I don't think I have lost any weight yet, but with eating less and having more energy it is bound to happen. Overall, I am happy with this product and would buy again.

This is awesome. I used this to help me with cravings and boy does it help. I can go hours without eating and it does help me with energy. I highly recommend it.

I have been using this product while I do intermittent fasting. The product has definitely enhanced I'm fasting. I am able to go without food for longer periods of time. I have also been losing about 1.3lbs per week since I took this product.

Effective but not side effect even im not diet from my favorite food, still eat as normal 2 standard meals n 1 lite meals a day, no strong exercise. . Return buyer for few times. Love it
