I think it works but I'm not sure if it *would* work by itself with meals.Let's just say I've been taking this exactly as the instructions say, "2 pills before a meal", but I've also been taking Raspberry ketones + green coffee extract. I've also roughly changed my diet to vegetables + lean chicken. I haven't been to the fast food for about a month and I've changed my gym regimen from 2x a week to 3x a week sometimes 4x.Now I don't know how effective Carb Stopper Extreme would be if I stuck with fast food + 2x gym a week, but so far with the other two pills, I've lost about 11 lbs. This is in a little more than a month. Crazy right?So I only take 1 pill of raspberry ketones + 1 pill of green coffee extract per morning. And I only take Carb Stopper Extreme before big meals (lunch + dinner) so that's about 4 pills a day.My breakfast consists of oatmeal + fruits but sometimes I change it up to scrambled eggs + bacon.My lunch consists of grilled chicken + tofu + tuna + veggies + fruit.My dinner is basically anything I feel like eating but in smaller portions than before.For gym, I burn about 800-900 calories per visit doing cardio and weights.Now you might say it could be the gym but I think it's a combination of everything. I do notice that with the Carb Stopper + Raspberry + Green Coffee, I feel fuller from smaller portions of meals and I also feel like I have more stamina/energy for morning work + gym. I also do notice that I start sweating sooner while doing cardio than I did before, so I'm thinking the three pills probably have something to do with body metabolism too.So... I think it works to some degree. 5 stars anyway since it's allowed me to burn off fat / lose weight faster than I did before I started taking these pills.Edit: So it's close to the end of May, going into the second bottle, and I'm still losing weight from taking this and doing my routine. So far I've dropped from XL to L and my waist has slimmed down. Good results!

Great product! I use these everyday for my carbohydrate containing meals.

This does work when following directions cutting carb cravings while eating healthy along with some exercise.

I am just a little over weight, and would like to lose about 15 pounds. I finished the bottle and have noticed a little difference in my pants feeling looser, so, we will see. BUT... The first bottle that I opened had a very pleasant smell, and the powder in the pills were very white. I just opened up the second bottle and noticed that the color was dark and the pills ARE SMALLER! There is also a foul smell in the bottle, and I am worried to use these! The first bottle had a expiration of 2015 on the bottle of the bottle, and this one had no expiration date, so this might be why this is such a great deal.I will say, however that I defenitley have noticed a slight difference in my weight, and I will try to see if I want to swallow these old pills or not, and will come back soon for an update.

I love this product! After reading many of the reviews, I decided to go with this one because in part of the reviews, the price and also because it did not have any stimulants which I generally am very sensitive to. Due to some health problems, I have undergone multiple cortisone injections in the past year. Everyone told me that I would gain weight, which I did (about 7 pounds). However since starting on this product, coupled with a sensible diet and the addition of a fat blocker when consuming foods with higher than normal fat content (I love cheese!), I have lost 15 pounds in less than 2 months! I already ordered my second batch of 3 bottles. Many of the reviews emphasized the importance of staying on the product consistently. I think this is important, as with any weight loss plan and that's what I intend to follow. I've been spreading the word amongst my daughters, family and friends. I feel I finally got a break for the first time in my long time struggle to lose weight! While I am not an expert, I am an RN and based on my research of the carb blockers on the market, I believe this one is very reasonably priced (especially when you get the 3 pack), does not have any additional stimulants and most importantly, it works. Finally, a break in weight loss that I can believe in!

I have been working out and trying different supplements for over 15 years. Some Supplements do what they say they are going to do and some don't (that's just the way it is). I purchased this product based on the previous reviews, which were mostly positive. I must say that I am very dissappointed. Although I am aware that most supplements take time for any noticeable results, I definitely did not expect to GAIN any weight!! I started using this product 2 weeks ago. I was already on a work-out regimen (INSANITY- by Beachbody), modified food intake, and taking a daily Weight Management and Fat Burning Supplement (BPI RoxyLean). I just wanted some assistance in purging some of the hidden carbs that I may have inadvertently eaten. Long story short, I gained 4 lbs!!! 1 lb is too much not to mention 4lbs. With that being said, this product did not work for me and I certainly would not recommend it!! Good Luck!!
