Size #48 Large Tapered Cork Plugs for Jars and Bottles (3.48 x 3.27 x 1.29 In, 3 Pack)

This product was tricky becuase the description of all 3 sizes, Large, MEdium adn Small, show the exact same measurements, so obvioulsly the description was not accurate, but I gave it a go to thew medium size to cover a Crackel Barrel glass jar i purchaed at a drift store to use for one of my closed terrariums. It fit like a glove. The opening on this jar was just shy of 4 inches. I did put a picture here with a ruler right across the center of the cork on the top part, so you have an idea. this cork is slightly norrower on the bottom side which is exactly 3 inches. I hope this helps. Other than that, it is a simple and nice cork, great for closed terrariums, kitche use or other projects.

Great product, only wish they came in a common size. I went to over 5 stores to find vases that these corks would fit. All stores had the same libbey vases of the same size.

These cork lids are very precise, fit well to the container for which I ordered them. They have a clean cut and are attractive as well as functional. I had a ceramic container which I wanted to use for snacks but it didn't have a lid.I measured it then ordered these cork lids so the snacks wouldn't get stale. They fit exactly into the container, especially since the sides are wedged and can adapt to slight variations of size for the container they're going into.

In case anyone else is on a mission to find an airtight lid for preserving their nest candles, look no further!

Could have been my fault.. but I had a wide mouth jar and these did not fit. Disappointed

They are actually just as described and just what I wanted! Didn’t think I’d actually find corks this huge! Super happy

I was unhappy when I broke the glass top of a sugar pot - the last surviving pot of a set my gran had some 50 years ago :-(After giving up trying to find a replacement top, it had a silicon seal around the edge of the glass top for a seal, I came across these.At first I didn’t think they they were big enough, then I remembered keeping the silicon ring. This fitted on the end of the cork thus making a durable seal. Looks good too…

Not what I needed

Not happy with this product 3 was different size not the same like the picture show sad☹

Did not achieve what I wanted. My mistake, too small. They have gone off to the charity shop. No point sending them back, to end up in landfil, it would cost me money for pp.
