Light weight, easy too put back in bag . Used on first day for an hour directly to skin . Initially bit of pain with needles . But after a minute can't feel it . You can feel the blood pumping around your back . It helped to reduce pain in my upper and lower back . When you get off the Matt bit of pain . But the benefits are really good . I use every couple of day's laying directly on the floor for maximum pressure

Great product, saved myself £50 going with this option which does the same job only 5cm shorter. Recommend not falling asleep on it for too long though, especially face down with boobs 😂

Takes a few tries to get used to the sharp feeling, but does make a difference.

This is a Christmas present so I haven’t tried it.

My nephew bought something similar and suggested I try one myself, more to aid a few niggles, anxiety and relaxation. I opted for this one in black/purple with the slightly different shaped pillow. It arrived yesterday and I was very pleased, it's well made and along with the massage balls and finger rings I felt it was real value for money! I found it quite painful to begin with, but managed 5 minutes (with a T-shirt on), however this morning I tried again with my exercise gear on so it was mainly skin on spikes and I managed 10 minutes and yes you do start to get a warm sensation after a while, which is quite nice. All I can say is to give it a try and keep persevering which is what I'm going to do.
