Hi.. will this cook home made flatbreads? Thank you in advance.

I have never made flatbreads but it cooks soda scones quite well so I presume it will cook flatbreads as well.

Is this better than making it in a normal pan?

I bought this to make my egg & banana pancake every morning. It works a dream. I have not made normal pancakes . If you are happy using the little wooden tool to make it run to the edges, then fine. I like to drop the mix in the pan and swirl it nice and thin and you can’t do that with this machine.

Hi would you still use the batter spreader when making thick pancakes such as American?

I don’t use the spreader for the smaller thicker American pancake . I do a couple at a time

Can I cook sausages on this?

Sure I cook everything on it ! Full English breakfast including toast …. It’s a great bit of kit …. Enjoy
