Does it have a screen protector

Absolutely YES. I use OtterBox for my phones and tablets because they offer not only the best protection but, also, because they offer the best screen protection on the market. In fact, I'm typing this on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge ... outdated by most standards, right? Its condition is mint-in-box because of the OtterBox. The screen protection also protects the screen from any and all damage, while magically not interfering with touch screen performance. I have it for my TabA 10.1 2019, my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and my wife's Galaxy S9. OtterBox make one of the few protective devices that I trust. I served in Iraq and I wish they made body armor!!! You will not be disappointed.

Will this fit the 2019 model?

Yes; this fits the 2019 models. Camera is top corner. It will not fit the 2016 - 2018 versions where camera is centered.
