Q: What is the sauce? I must know

That sauce is soooo good. It states that it is a "sweet teriyaki sauce" but I've tried multiple bottles and none have that exact taste/smell. I wish Nissin would sell it separately. They've now added the teriyaki sauce packets to some of the chicken packages. The teriyaki beef has a more intense flavor but the teriyaki chicken chow mein is pretty good also.

Q: Can this be prepared with just hot water from a kettle (no microwave)?

Yes, our microwave died and so we have been using hot water from a hot water pitcher and it works fine!

Q: Are there TWO servings in these? 520 calories in one little container?

The label says 2 servings but unless you are a very light eater I doubt you will get 2 servings. So yes, there are 520 calories in the one container, and 20 grams of fat etc, something which I did not even realize until after I bought them. Tastes good, but a lot of calories.
