This mat is a must for any pitcher that needs to practice indoors. Without a mat with a pitching rubber a pitcher is very likely to develop a crow hop indoors. We got this small mat because of it's portability compared to the larger mats with the power lines.

This pitching mound is heavy duty and durable!! My 10 year old uses it during winter months to pitch inside.

Mat works well. My daughter & her coach were pleased that we bought it as it helped them & the team be able to practice pitching in the gym during bad weather. Mat stays in place and performs as expected. Easier to handle than the larger more expensive mats.

This is a great product. Well made and works great. Does not slip on the gym floor, great for winter pitching. My daughter was starting to develop a leap, but with this product, she is able to push off the mound (as she should) and so her mechanics are back to normal.

It's for the birds! Don't let your pitcher develop this detrimental habit. Working out indoors, or without a mound in general, is a recipe for disaster. Replicate a game situation and get the results you are looking for.
