The cupcake toppers are 2” in diameter at the top and 2” long. You will receive TWELVE (12) lollipops with sticker images placed on top of the cellophane wrapper of each lollipop! Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days for standard shipping or 2-3 days for expedited shipping. However it is NOT guaranteed. Two-day shipping takes 2 days and it is the ONLY guaranteed shipping method through USPS. Due to the nature of the items we do not offer returns or exchanges. We only issue refunds if there is a mistake and the fault is on us. If the product is damaged during shipment, a replacement will be shipped to you.
