What is this for?

Well for starters, there is no table of contents (at least in the Kindle edition). There is nothing in here about actually using Sharepoint, it's just a collection of ideas that some Sharepoint users put together and their personal experiences / use cases. If you are actually wanting to learn how to use Sharepoint this book is useless. If you want to know what Sharepoint is for (which if you have Sharepoint you probably already do) then this might be a good read.
