Capezio girls Classic Short Sleeve Leotard

After reading many reviews about the size of this leotard, I ordered a size small for my 3 year old. She's very tall for her age and is right inbetween size 3 and 4T. The size small, which is listed as a size 4-6 fit her perfectly right out of the package. Now that she has worn it a lot and it has been washed weekly, it has shrunk and is getting a little snug. However, the next size up will be much too big for her. So this item has some sizing issues. However, this still gets 5 stars from me because of the quality of this item.This leotard is double lined along the entire front. It also has a low cut on the legs, and a nice wide bottom, so my daughter does not have to worry about it riding up or get distracted and pulling on her bottom while she's dancing. It's also such a beautiful color, exactly like the picture. The sleeves are cut well and fit well on the curve of the shoulder.I price compared these leotards (I also have one in black) to the ones offered at Target. These leotards are not only cheaper, but are a MUCH better quality. The inside liner on the front of this leotard is actually thicker than most of the main fabric of the Target leotards. In addition, this fabric is stretchier and more durable, and it is not see through in the least. When looking for a good quality, stretchy, durable leotard, this one fits the bill. My only complaint is the sizing, and once my daugther outgrows this one but is too small for the next size up, we may have to use something else in the meantime. When she fits into the next size up, however, we will be purchasing this leotard again.

Our 9 y/o daughter (in the pink cover up) is 60 lbs and she's wearing the GIRLS LARGE. It's a little droopy in the drawers but fits through the stride. The leo is a true hunter green too.

Fabric is ok but more cotton vs spandex--so it's not super stretchy and doesn't have a smooth feel. Feels more like a cotton t shirt. Smaller than expected--toddler is a 3T I bought size 2 to 4 and I doubt this will fit her as a 4--and she is short for her age and average weight. Her last leotard was size 2 to 4 Mirella and still fits w room to spare and is more stretchy. The fabric isn't too thin, it is lined. May just wanna size up. Haven't washed but it looks like it will likely pill. OPI Polly Want a Lacquer matches perfectly, along with the purple skirt from Capezio.

I ordered this for my 3 year old daughter in the 2-4T size. In regular clothing she wears 3T & 4T, but as she is on the smaller side (20th percentile) I can even get away with 2T on some stuff. I thought the size on this would fit but didn't expect it to grow with her for much longer. However, it is small from the get-go.Yes, they should be fitted, but it's quite a hassle getting this on and we should definitely have sized up.The material seemed of decent quality, it hasn't been extensively worn as of yet.

These are really great quality! I got my 40”, 36lb 4yo a small and it fits but has no room to grow. Definitely going to order a size up bc she’ll need it in about 2 months.

This fit my almost 7 yr old daughter perfectly. The material is soft and stretchy and much more thick compared to others. I purchased 6/8 and 8/10 because of some of the reviews said to go a size up. My daughter is tall and skinny. She fits a size 7/8 in regular clothes. The 8/10 I gave to my daughter's friend whom is her age but thicker and taller.

I've bought several of these leotards in different colors for a 6-year-old grandchild whom I seldom see. I sew for this lively little girl, but these days school dress codes often exclude many of the designs that would otherwise be standard wear for kids. Given the number of leotards I've had sent to her, she should have enough of a color selection to match 'most any outfit I've made; so I don't have to worry about whether my handiwork will be suitable: she just pulls on a coordinating leotard before a garment with skinny straps or an otherwise bare midriff, & it's off to school. Her mom says she loves them.

Ordered this for my daughters Halloween costume she’s in 6/6X and we ordered a medium. It was a little big but after one wash it fit like a glove! And the color and material is awesome!
